Case Summary:

A senior RF design engineer from China needed North America Immigration Law Group’s expertise to file an EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition on his behalf. He decided to take advantage of the Premium Processing filing option (only available for EB-1 petitions), and he received an approval notice from the USCIS less than two weeks later.

Our client, who holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, is actively conducting research in that field.
