An experienced gastroenterology fellow recently hired North America Immigration Law Group to file an EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition on his behalf. Our client obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and a Bachelor of Surgery from a medical institution in his birth country of India. His work on Barrett’s esophagus and associated complications has allowed for more accurate diagnostic methods and a better understanding of esophageal diseases.
