Case Summary:

With a doctorate in chemistry, years of experience working in his field of study, and various professional accomplishments under his belt, our client’s credentials were suitable to file his I-140 petition under the EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) visa category.

Scholarly and Research Achievements:

Considering EB-1A is held to a very high standard of law, petitioners filing under this category must possess specific qualifications if they want their petition to be approved. Petition Approval:
