Case Summary:

North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) recently had the pleasure of working with a talented research associate from India. Our client engaged our services to help him and his spouse attain American permanent residency. Our attorneys and support staff worked diligently to put together a strong EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition packet that brought attention to our client’s copious professional successes.

Amongst other things, our EB-1A petition dossier contained data on our client’s citation count, his publication record, and his peer review experience. At the time of filing, these numbers stood at 256 citations, 12 published articles, and 18 instances of peer review service. We used these figures to demonstrate that our client’s insights are greatly valued by other biochemists, and that they advance the work of other experts in the field.
