Case Summary:

A well-known research associate from China hired North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) to help him with the first step of the green card process: the I-140 petition. After conducting an initial evaluation, we confirmed that our client should proceed with EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability). The USCIS has a strict set of requirements in place for this visa category. Petitioners must meet at least three out of the 10 requirements or risk getting their petition denied.

The Three Requirements:

Our job was to assemble a strong EB-1A petition on our client’s behalf. We needed to demonstrate to the USCIS that he met the following three requirements:
