Case Summary:

A talented research scientist from China approached North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) when he decided that he wanted to obtain American permanent residency. By paying them $1,225 more, petitioners get to enjoy rapid adjudication (a decision will be made within 15 days). This is the perfect option for petitioners unwilling to wait 4-9 months for the USCIS to make a decision on their case. The catch is that only certain EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 visa categories qualify for PP, and EB-1A is one of them.
