Case Summary:

Just 10 days after North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) filed an I-140 petition under Premium Processing (PP), our client (a postdoctoral associate from China) received notification of petition approval. PP is an option that allows petitioners from certain visa categories to enjoy accelerated adjudication—they can expect the USCIS to take action on their case within 15 days as opposed to 4-9 months.

Our client was referred to our firm by a former client of ours, and he was very well aware of our excellent services and approval rates. When he contacted us, he knew that he wanted to file his I-140 petition under EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) and after evaluating his credentials, we confirmed that this was the best option for him. We then urged our client to contact these experts for recommendation letters. To our delight, our client persuaded five experts to lend their supports, one of whom signed a letter stating that “These accomplishments distinguish [Client] as an indispensable asset to the field of plant and human immune response research, and confirm the necessity of retaining his abilities. I therefore fully support [Client’s] application for permanent residency.” Besides these recommendation letters, part of the petition packet was also composed of a copy of our client’s Ph.D. in Biotechnology and academic transcripts.
