Case Summary:

Merely 6 days after North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) filed an EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition on behalf of a geophysicist, he received an approval notice.

Premium Processing:

Thanks to Premium Processing (PP), our client did not have to wait 4-9 months for the USCIS to take action on his case and instead, received notification of case approval within 15 calendar days. Only petitioners filing their I-140 petitions under certain visa categories qualify for PP (EB-1A is one of them). All they have to do is submit Form I-907 and pay the USCIS an additional $1,225 to be eligible for rapid adjudication.
