Case Summary:

A little over a month after North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) filed an EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition on behalf of a Chinese postdoctoral research associate, the USCIS approved his case, propelling him one step closer to green card success. Our client’s expertise in the field of geological sciences is unmatched, and we did everything we could to prove this fact to the USCIS. Here are some of the key points we focused on:

1. Research Details: In order to prove that our client’s work is important to the United States, we first had to account for and understand his research focus. Largely thanks to the comprehensive research summary which our client provided us, we determined that his work is focused on the development of land surface and hydrologic models to simulate the water, energy, and carbon cycles of Earth’s environmental systems. 4. Additional Evidence: Like any legal case, we had to present evidence to support our argument that our client deserved to get one step closer to a green card. We did this by urging our client to collect recommendation letters from a handful of his peers. These letters confirmed the value of our client’s work to the US and contained statements such as this: “As his credentials suggest, [Client’s] unique experiences and comprehensive training have played a significant role in supporting his success in the field, where he has solidified his standing as a top-tier researcher… he is a leading contributor to the global scientific community whose research has had a lasting impact on water management and hydrological research.” We also included information pertaining to our client’s Ph.D. in Geological Sciences and other related data on his professional and scholarly achievements.
