Case Summary:

Merely 6 days after filing, a postdoctoral fellow from Singapore received the good news that his EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition was approved. The reason why the USCIS took less than a week to adjudicate his case is thanks to Premium Processing (PP). PP is a paid option offered by the USCIS that allows petitioners to have action taken on their cases within 15 calendar days.

With a Ph.D. in Pathobiology and numerous accolades earned from his research in the field of immunology, our client was a suitable candidate for EB-1A. Besides proving that our client met the three requirements mentioned above, we also detailed our client’s work on the development of more powerful and effective vaccines against the human papillomavirus (HPV). We demonstrated that his research addresses some of the United States’ most pressing issues in understanding treatment options for HPV, which is a cause of cervical, anal, genital, head, and neck cancers. We also incorporated recommendation letters volunteered by six other bright minds in the field. According to one of them: “Through the research he has conducted, the articles he has published, and the expertise he has gained, [Client] has established himself to be a leading researcher within the pathobiology field. His academic findings, as well as his efforts to ensure the impact and use of his developments, have surpassed what others have been able to accomplish.”
