Exactly 3 months and 15 days after North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) filed an EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition on behalf of a computational modeling expert form China, he received notification of case approval from the USCIS. Although our client opted to take the Premium Processing (PP) route, the USCIS issued a Request for Evidence (RFE), which significantly lengthened the overall timeline. However, our legal team and support staff efficiently responded to the RFE, which led to case approval.
Our client has extensive experience in the field of computational modeling and has multiple accolades to show for it. Our job was to prove to the USCIS that his research efforts on the theoretical mechanisms underlying physical phenomena, as well as the properties of materials, greatly benefit the United States.
