Case Summary:

A Chinese public health expert approached North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) for help with her EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition.  Employed as a research scientist with a doctorate in public health, it is noteworthy that our client’s research enhances the United States’ understanding of multi-level factors related to health disparities and health risk behaviors. The first step in preparing her EB1A petition dossier involved assembling as much information as we could to build a watertight case to be presented to the USCIS. 4. We also incorporated recommendation lettersinto her EB-1A petition packet to highlight our argument that she is a force to be reckoned with. These letters were contributed by other influential and renowned experts in the field. The contents of one such letter stated that: “[Client’s] steady record of major achievements in epidemiological and public health focused studies has propelled her to the forefront of this essential field, and it is clear that she will produce such influential research for many years to come.“

An EB1A petition package with a request for Premium Processing (PP) request was presented to the USCIS. PP is an option offered by the USCIS whereby the processing time is significantly reduced and petitioners need not wait longer than 15 days for action to be taken on their cases. The PP route enabled our client to secure an EB1A approval merely 14 days after filing.
