Case Summary:

An Iranian researcher with extensive experience in the field of chemical engineering hired North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) to file an EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition for him. Immigrant Visa Processing (IVP):

Green card applicants residing in the US will adjust their status for permanent residence by filing an I-485 application. For those who do not reside in the country, they must undergo Immigrant Visa Processing (IVP). In a nutshell, applicants and their dependents have to pay the fees, submit the paperwork, and attend an interview at the correct US embassy/consulate. Assuming everything goes according to plan, the embassy/consulate will then issue immigrant visas which they will then use to enter the US as a permanent residents.
