Case Summary:

There is no denying that EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) is one of the toughest visa categories to obtain approval. That is why when our client (a research scientist from India) approached us to file an EB1A petition on his behalf, we made sure to carefully analyze his credentials to be sure that we could build a strong case for him. As part of our comprehensive services, we proved to the USCIS that the field of biomaterials has seen much progress since our client chose to dedicate his career to it. We did this by detailing his work on devices for orthopedic treatments and proving that his research addresses some of the United States’ most pressing issues in understanding how to improve the performance and longevity of implanted medical devices.

Although we presented the USCIS with a solid case, they issued a Request for Evidence (RFE) a few weeks after we filed our client’s EB-1A petition. Our legal team responded to the RFE in an efficient and timely manner, which paved the way for case approval 3 months after the RFE was issued.
