Case Summary:

A New York-based postdoctoral researcher with a doctoral degree procured from an American institute approached North America Immigration Law Group (NAILG) for help with an EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition. Upon careful evaluation, we determined that he had years of expertise in the field and solid credentials which qualified him as a suitable EB1A candidate. Soon after, we countersigned the attorney-client agreement and immediately concentrated on building a strong case for him.

Our client’s research is focused on protein separation technique development and biosensor design. After assembling a well-structured EB1A petition, we mailed it to the USCIS. We raised a service request on behalf of our client almost 1.5 years after filing the case. Four months later, our client’s case was approved (he waited to total of 19 months and 11 days). In spite of the long wait, we are happy that we could assist our client in securing EB1A approval.
