Case Summary:
With a doctoral degree and numerous accolades in the bag, our client (a computer scientist from Iran) was a suitable candidate for the national interest waiver. She hired North America Immigration Law Group (NAILG) to help her file an EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition on her behalf and judging from the approval notice that she received just 27 days after filing, we did an excellent job.
Building a strong case:
Our client’s EB-2 NIW petition contained a wealth of information on her various achievements. For instance, we noted the 6 journal articles and 4 conference articles to her name, the 83 times her work was cited by other researchers, and the 10 times she assessed the work of her peers. Furthermore, we noted her impactful work in the field of computer science, most notably on the development of algorithms and software for use in optical networks. We demonstrated that our client’s research results have directly contributed to the enhancement of optical networks and optical fiber networks used in high speed internet. Adding additional evidence:
