Case Summary:
The field of computer science has notably advanced since our client, a software engineer from China, chose to dedicate his career to it. With extensive experience conducting research as well as a doctoral degree, our client is undoubtedly a researcher at the top of the field with sustained international influence. He hired North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) to help him prepare and file a strong EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) petition. In a nutshell, we were tasked with proving the value of our client’s research to the US, and we did it by doing the following:
