Case Summary:
A research scientist from China hired North America Immigration Law Group (NAILG) to file two I-140 petitions for him: one EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability) and one EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver). It is not uncommon for petitioners to file more than one I-140 as it increases their chances of securing an approval. We filed our client’s NIW petition first and two months later, his EB1A followed suit. As we filed the EB1A petition with Premium Processing (PP), our client received notification of case approval merely 13 days later.
