Case Summary:
An assistant professor from India approached North America Immigration Law Group (NAILG) when she decided that she wanted to obtain a green card. After carefully going through her credentials, we determined that she qualified for EB-1B (Outstanding Professors and Researchers).
As EB1B is an employer-sponsored I-140 category, we had to make sure that our client’s employer—an American university—was willing to serve as the petitioner. Once we received their confirmation, we proceeded to collect an array of information related to our client’s research.
By the time we were ready to file our client’s personalized EB1B petition, we had gathered a wealth of information on her research projects and various accomplishments as a researcher.
