With an M.S. in industrial design and many years of experience in outdoor product designing, our client – a product designer and developer from China, is not a regular scholar with publications, citations, and paper review experience. However, after carefully evaluating his various implementations and extensive credentials, we believe that he is a good fit for EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver).
