The accomplished client that North America Immigration Law Group – WeGreened.com had the pleasure of working with in this case was a Postdoctoral Fellow from Taiwan working in the field of biomedical science.  Her work had focused specifically on understanding human health at the genetic and cellular levels and using that understanding to develop new and more effective treatments for diseases such as cystic fibrosis (CF), age-related immune disorders, and Gitelman Syndrome and its related disorders.  Her research results have directly contributed to the understanding of human health and development, particularly how the immune system changes with age. We demonstrated that her continued employment in the field would not only benefit those in her field, but the citizens of the United States at large. To achieve success in this case, we submitted extensive documentation proving our client’s highly significant contributions to the field of biomedical science, including at least 7 peer-reviewed journal articles and numerous conference papers. Her NIW application was approved in just 26 days, which is well short of the 4-6 month average processing time for I-140 petitions.
