In this case, the client that we had the opportunity to work with was an Associate Professor from South Korea in the field of mechanical engineering, rehabilitation engineering, and assistive technology.  His work had focused on advancing technologies to improve accessibility and quality of life for people with disabilities.  This work had resulted in at least 7 peer-reviewed scientific articles (with 22 more in Korean), 11 patents, numerous research grants, a book chapter, and 32 presentations at national and international conferences. At the time that his case was filed, these publications been cited at least 662 times by independent and leading researchers from prestigious institutions and organizations around the world, indicating the major significance of his work.  In addition, he had reviewed at least 13 projects and manuscripts.  His superior level of achievement was confirmed in the following quote from an independent recommender, “[He] is a revolutionary force in my chosen area of research.
