Success Stories: EB-1A Approved for Postdoctoral Research Scholar in Pennsylvania in the Field of Cellular and Molecular Biology

Client’s Testimonial:

Thank you for your professionalism all through out. I may perhaps be one of the odd ones among your client who took forever to draft my summary and research background but once that was done. Your team did an excellent job that is hard to describe in simple words. Right from drafting such nice glorious while maintaining the accuracy of the scientific letters of recommendation to help my referees to walking me though each step of the way. Letting me know what to expect and when to expect it. Giving me unbiased advise even thought it may not have made business sense for example you warned me each time I asked you to do premium processing that statistically there would be more chances of a RFE under premium processing. Then you also made sure all the documents were in order. Most importantly you never made any excuse over holidays or anything regarding the time line of things you promised in your client agreement. I received each and every work on time or before time. Your team answered every question in a timely manner and went out of the way to accommodate some requests. I would recommend your services to anyone without any reservation. Thank you for helping me on my path to getting GREENED!

Case Summary:

In this case, the client that we had the opportunity to work with was a postdoctoral research scholar from India in the field of cellular and molecular biology. [Client’s] specialized research has focused on cellular signaling and its role in muscle wasting and the development of cancerous tumors. His work had resulted in 17 peer-reviewed scientific articles and numerous presentations at national and international conferences; at the time that his case was filed, his publications had been cited at least 200 times by independent and leading researchers from prestigious institutions and organizations around the world, indicating the major significance of his work. He had also reviewed over 15 manuscripts for distinctive, internationally-circulated journals. His superior level of expertise was confirmed in the following quote from an independent recommender, “I have worked very closely with him for about 10 years, and his contributions to this research project have resulted in advancements that will improve the lives of millions of people. Continuing to support [client’s] research is investing in a more complete understanding of the mechanisms of sepsis in particular and muscle wasting in general, which is necessary for the eventual elimination of this deadly complication. Being an accomplished researcher and an expert in the field, it is important he is able to continue his research work.” It was our goal to prove that our client qualified for classification as an Alien of Extraordinary Ability given that he sought to remain in the United States to continue work in the area of cellular and molecular biology, and that his continued research would substantially and prospectively benefit the United States. With the proof and documentation that we provided, his case was approved in 16 days.
