This EB-1B (Outstanding Professors and Researchers) case involved an assistant professor from India working in the field of epidemiology. His employer—one of the top universities in the United States— supported his goal of obtaining a green card by serving as his petitioner. North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) was hired to handle all aspects of the case. This included corresponding with the USCIS, and compiling and submitting the paperwork.
In preparing the EB-1B petition, we highlighted our client’s research projects in chronic disease epidemiology and global health. We proved that our client is directly contributing to the well-being of all Americans. Furthermore, we illustrated the value of our client’s work to other scientists in his field by detailing the 60 times he contributed his expertise by judging their work. We also included evidence of his 30 publications that had amassed 107 citations at the time of filing. To further strengthen our EB-1B case, we incorporated recommendation letters volunteered by several expert epidemiologists, one of whom had this to say about our client: “[Client] is a top researcher in this area of study, and I fully support his continued research within the United States.”
As our client opted to file his case under Premium Processing, he received an approval notice from the USCIS merely six days after we filed the case. We would like to congratulate our client on this milestone, and we wish him the best of luck in his final step towards his green card.
