Case Summary:
Less than 6 months after North America Immigration Law Group (WeGreened.com) filed an EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) petition for an Indian Fellow in the field of Clinical Medicine, the USCIS approved his case. Our customized petition letter played an important role in convincing the USCIS that our client qualifies for a national interest waiver under the analytical framework set forth in Matter of Dhanasar.
We placed the focus of the petition on our client’s specialized research pertaining to the evaluation of hematological malignancies like amyloidosis, leukemia and novel tumor marker based therapies in hematology and oncology. His research also has broad implications for the field. His research is of value to the United States because he limits the chance of misdiagnosis in certain diseases.
We submitted evidence of 8 peer-reviewed journal articles which gathered 12 citations. Also, we included 6 recommendation letters signed by noted experts in the field to further support the petition.
