Nearly 18 months after North America Immigration Law Group (NAILG) filed an EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) on behalf of a visiting scientist from Sri Lanka, the USCIS finally approved her case. Her case was transferred twice, and we have raised service request on our client’s behalf and she even contacted her congressperson regarding the long wait which was over the average processing timeline.
